The Mantis Group represents specific brands exclusively in Greece (Mars brands only for the Impulse Buying and Small Retail channels), while representing Energizer, Wilkinson & Hawaiian Tropic in Cyprus as well, ensuring their effective distribution throughout its extensive network.
At the same time, by accurately interpreting professional and consumer needs during a particularly critical period regarding health, the Group has invested in a modern and integrated system of machines and consumables of the latest technology for cleaning and disinfection, Steriexpert, also creating its first e-shop, www.steriexpert.gr.

Charalampos is a co-founder and President of Mantis since 1997. He has significant 35 year-long experience in operations planning and management, as well as product commercialization. He studied Economics at the University of Macedonia and holds a M.Sc. in Information Systems from the European University in Brussels. He has been involved in the launch and the establishment of many consumer brands in the Greek market.

Alexandros is a co-founder and CEO of Mantis since 1997. He has significant, 30 year long, experience in commercializing and establishing consumer brands. He launched and drove to leading positions famous products such as Ursus, Red Bull, Energizer, Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, and several products of Mars Hellas. He studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).

Antonios overseas the company transformation processes in the areas of operations, sales, supply chain, and distribution channels. He has significant expertise in strategy, business development and sales. Over a 30 year long career, he led the launches and commercialization of many different products. He held senior sales positions at Johnson & Johnson and Diageo and was General Manager Mantis. He studied Business Administration at the University of Macedonia.

Alexandra Simou
Financial Management Consultant
Alexandra Simou holds the position of Financial Management Consultant at Mantis Group. She is responsible for Financial, Accounting, Planning & Controlling issues. During her career, with over 30 years of experience, she has held senior positions in finance, auditing and accounting management at international companies such as Hilti Hellas SA, American Express TRS, Mercedes Benz Hellas SA & Wind Hellas SA.
She is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business and she holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting, Business Administration & Finance, while she is Certified in Accounting & Taxation.

Aristea Papathanassiou
Operations Director
Aristea, has been Operations Director since 2016. She is responsible and oversees customer service, supply chain, demand planning, logistics, and credit control departments. She began her career at customer service and gradually has been taking extra responsibilities in the aforementioned areas. Over 20 years of tenure, she has undertaken multiple and important strategic and business development projects and has acquired comprehensive knowledge of the business. She studied programming and analysis.

Fotis has over 20 years of experience in the field of FMCG. Prior to joining the group in 2014, he served in various sales positions at Energizer Ηoldings. He studied Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Athens and holds an MSc in European Political Economy from the University of Hull and an MBA from the Greek Open University.

Georgios Grigoropoulos

Giorgos is responsible for financial planning and analysis of Mantis Group. Using his experience in auditing and accounting / financial management at PwC, he has been dedicated to analyzing and evaluating the financial performance of large FMCG companies. He studied Accounting and Finance at the Athens University of Economics and Business while holding an international MBA from the same university.

Spyros Dinos

Spyros has been Head of Financial Services (CFO since June 2020) of Mantis Group. Spyros was responsible for financial planning and analysis. He has extensive experience in economic appraisal. In the past, he held management positions and supervised the accounting department in a large national retail chain. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus and post-graduate specialization diplomas in Budgeting and Reporting from the University of Athens.

Ioannis Balakas
Sales Manager, Impulse Channel
Ioannis, has over 35 years of experience in sales. He worked in the field of insurance for 5 years in Interamerican. For 25 years, he held senior sales positions in the multinational B / S / H / Bosch & Siemens home appliances. Ioannis has in-depth knowledge of the electrical appliance industry and experience in developing new businesses, creating new markets, strategic planning, customer relationship management, contract negotiation, budgeting and forecasting. He studied Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Chrysanthi is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and launch strategies for the different brands of the group. She has significant experience in marketing by running successful product communications campaigns for multinational companies such as Sarantis SA and Franke Hellas SA.. She holds a M.Sc. from Manchester Business School, specializing in International Business and Management and a B.Sc. in Economics from Piraeus University.

Nikos Mariolis
Director of Human Resources
Nikos joined the group as a human resources director in 2017. He began his professional career in the mid-90s in Elgeka and after taking several positions in the customer service and logistics department he was appointed as compensation and benefits manager. During the course of the past 15 years, he held several senior human resources positions in large Greek companies such Elgeka, Vitex-Hermes and the Yannidis Group. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from EADE.

Director of IT & Systems
Stavros, has been Director of IT & Systems of the Group since 2015. For over 20 years, he held senior positions in IT departments of multinational companies in the financial and energy sectors. Stavros has significant experience in IT systems and specializes in ERP and business intelligence systems. He has studied Computer Science in England and holds a M.Sc. in Information Systems Management from Middlesex University in London.

Depy Papazoglou
Accounting Manager
Depy holds a Bachelor in Finance and Maritimes studies from the University of Piraeus and she has over thirty years of experience in accounting departments of leading multinational companies (Toyota Material Handling Greece, Tetra Pak Hellas SA, BMG Music Company SA) with experience in managing daily processes as well as maintain accounting controls preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
As an executive with certified expertise and formal training in both Greek and the International Accounting Standards Depy has dealt with Local Legal requirements, Tax audits, Internal Controls, with Management and Development Processes, Optimization Accounting Procedures, as well as with Local Legal and Tax compliance requirements.

As an executive with certified expertise and formal training in both Greek and the International Accounting Standards Evmorfia has dealt with issues Tax, Budget and Cash Flow Control, with Management and Development Processes, Optimization Accounting Procedures, as well as with legal compliance issues.
Finally, she has shown exceptional efficiency in the management of Accounting staff as well as in the promotion of their professional development.

The Mantis Group of Companies is housed in modern, privately owned facilities covering an area of 14,500 m² in Aspropyrgos, Attica. Its 3 floors house the following departments: Operations, Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, HR and the Management of the company, with the potential to expand depending on the evolving needs of the Group.
With over 150 employees, the Group ensures an ideal working environment for the people on its team, so they feel productive in a modern space.
The complex includes 2 warehouses, which can store a total of 8,700 pallets of various shapes, and ample parking for employees, visitors and management of the Group’s logistics.
