The Mantis Group offers a vast and integrated range of services, from brand & product management and sales to management & distribution of products and consumer & trade marketing.

Brand Management

In the context of strategic planning, by applying suitable marketing techniques, the Group aims to increase the value of products as perceived by final users and by the target audience relating to each of them. From the growth of new brands to the management and communication of internationally recognised and highly regarded brands, we design, develop and implement the appropriate strategy to ensure the greatest success and profitability for each one of them.

Distribution

Through an extensive distribution and partner network, the Mantis Group serves more than 800 wholesalers and 16,500 customers either directly or through the pre-selling method. Our nationwide sales network in Greece, in addition to providing 100% coverage of Retail, covers the Impulse Buying channel and other Special trade channels (DIY, electronics, petrol stations), while a specialised team visits the On-Premise & HO.RE.CA channels. The Sales Department of our Group, staffed by more than 85 experienced sales people, carries out over 30,000 visits per month to the points of sale!

Supply Chain Management

Supported by the most advanced technology applications, the Operations Department team serves the incoming distribution orders with a very high fill rate per item and short preparation and dispatch times, taking care, through daily monitoring, to manage stock at ideal levels, ensuring availability and adequacy based on needs.
